fantastic stay!
coffee quality underground parking room size chair number
The breakfast choices were abundant. The quality of the coffee stood out! the hotel staff were very cute and always happy to assist, so everything was smooth. we appreciated secure underground parking for motorbikes too.
The room was a bit small for two people. There was minimal space for luggage and only one chair. it was a bit tight, but manageable for a short stay. i also found proper sound proofing lacking.

the reception staff was very attentive, offering helpful assistance with directions, recommendations, and addressing any concerns promptly. complimentary water, tea, and coffee were available in the lobby area at all times! the staff always smiled.

Alternative parking is available opposite the hotel. a well-equipped bar provides tasty cocktails, while a restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience! a live band even played one night.

the rooms are super clean and cozy, including a television with access to multiple channels. the decor is modern and interesting! we got an upgraded room and it was great.

The hotel is centrally located. It is close to many shops and restaurants. a tram stop is also nearby, providing convenient access to other parts of the city! two grocery stores are literally across the street.

Fantastic stay with great staff
drinking water friendly staff excellent location a u t o m a t e d r e s p o n s e s
I appreciated the hotel's commitment to drinking water accessibility . This aspect felt both thoughtful and very eco-conscious. The staff were friendly and also cute, this. The location worked excellent, it was convenient for exploring and getting around.
I left behind some personal items after I stayed over for two nights. It seems like they don't understand English and just keeps sending automated responses.

Breakfast had a great selection plus the food was high-quality each morning. I ate croissants and pastries and also some fresh fruit. I also got coffee.

the stylish room design created a romantic atmosphere i loved the safe underground parking. reception staff were very friendly and helpful. the garden was a very nice touch.

i had issues with the room. cigarette smoke lingered in the hallways. the air conditioning did not function properly, and no fans were available.
